HCG is the best diet program I’ve ever tried. The program is extremely simple and easy to follow. In fact, most of the foods on the diet were already in my fridge. I never felt hungry or weak from not eating as much and thanks to Dr. Bird's help, I was never confused about what I should be doing or whether I was doing it right. The weight just fell off! Dr. Bird is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend him, and this diet, to anyone who is serious about losing 20-40 pounds. It really does work!
