I honestly was not sure that this was going to work.  My friend convinced me to do it with her and I really had no expectations.  Boy, was I surprised and delighted!  There is nothing like actually losing weight to keep you motivated to lose more!  I lost 41 pounds during my first round!  Some people say I look like a totally different person!  I might look different but what I feel is so important to me. I never thought I would also FEEL different!  I have more energy!  I crave eating good foods and I feel healthier than I have in a long time!  This is one of the very best things you can do for yourself!
