Theresa Hammonds - Maricopa, Arizona

I started my first program on November 14, 2009.  I am currently in my second round of HCG shots.  In the first round, I lost 25 pounds and went from a size 16 plus to a 12!  I started my second round on February 1, 2010, and already down another 7 pounds.  I am getting into my size 10 jeans and am so excited. 
 
As with everyone that has ever dieted . . . and dieted . . . and dieted.  This was the most rewarding experience I have had in years.  I have struggled with my weight for the last five years and had not been able to go below 175 pounds.  When I started my program under Dr. Bird's direction I weighed 183 pounds.  I am currently on my way down and my weight is at 150.8.  I found my waist. . . I fit into my size 10 jeans (comfortably) and for the first time in years, I feel in control of my weight. The impressive part is that I am not hungry; the fat around my belly melted away, and maintenance was much easier than I thought.
 
Dr. Bird has been my support, I see him once a week for a follow-up and vitamin B-shot.  He is always available either by phone or email which helps considerably if I have a quick question.  I have finished my first round, gone through maintenance and now I'm on my way to a healthier lifestyle for life.
